If the problem remains even after the above actions are taken, contact the store that you 

purchased the machine or our repair & service center after turning off the power.

-Is there any power failure?
-Is the power cable unplugged?

-Is the power 230V?
-Are your hands sufficiently inserted?
-Is the operational indication original 
 ramp all coming to light?

-Isn't the wall where the machine is 
-installed weak or isn't the machine
 unstably installed?
-Is any stuff placed on the back side
 of the product or on the machine?
-Isn't the fixing board contacted 
 with the wall?

-Isn't the water receiver full with
 water?

-Is the water receiver properly 
 inserted?
-Is the water spilling over from the 
 water receiver?

-Isn't there any foreign substance 
 or pollutant on the sensor?

-Dose the filter lamp lighting up 
 green?
-Isn't the motor running with the 
 motor lamp lighting up red?
-Does the water level lamp light up 
 green?

-Empty the water receiver and clean it.

-Insert the water receiver properly.

-Remove the water from the water
 receiver.

-Turn the power off and clean the sensor 
 part and then turn the power on.

-To shift the filter where becomes the 
  filter shift time.
-There is a problem on the heater and 
 contact the repair & service center.
-Remove the water from the water 
 receiver.

-Install the machine on a solid and flat 
 wall.

-Remove the stuff.
