Parts warranty period: One Year

 

 

 

Labor warranty period: Three Months

 

 

Manufacture Service Agreement 

 

All repair and replacement services allow 4-6 weeks from the date of receiving by the 
manufacturer

 

 

Manufacturer shall charge services on service and repair for out of warranty products.

 

 

Shipping and handling of the replacement products or parts shall be at user’s expense.

 

 

Reducing Warranty Claim Rejections 

 

Always read the manual before doing the installation and follow the instructions 
accordingly.

 

 

Buy industry standard products where compatibility issue are more likely to surface.

We believe it is important for you to understand what your warranty coverage provides
