The power switch is located on the right side of the pump. Press 

“On/Off” 

to start or stop the pump.

READY 

Inflating the mattress takes approximately 15 minutes. When the lamp is lit, the  
mattress is ready to use.

UNLOCK 

The panel can be locked to prevent unauthorised people from changing the system 
settings. To unlock the panel, press and hold the button for 5 seconds.

WEIGHT SETTING 

Use the plus and minus arrows to select the weight setting that best suits the patient.

CARE MODE  

This button provides maximum static pressure to facilitate nursing care procedures.  
After 30 minutes the mattress will automatically return to the previous setting in use 
before the care mode was selected.

ALARM 

If the alarm sounds, press this button to mute and reset. The adjacent “       ” lamp will  
light up if the air pressure in the mattress is too low. Check if necessary for any air leakage 
(see page 12). The adjacent “     ” lamp will light up in the event of a power failure.
