Limited Warranty
Jaric Design’s warranty obligations for StealthOne are limited to the terms set
forth below:
The StealthOne Product is warranted by Jaric Design, LLC. to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original
purchase (“Warranty Period”), subject to the following terms and conditions.
1.
This warranty is limited to the original owner, and is non-transferable.
2.
This warranty does not apply if the module housing cover or the serial
number has been removed, or if the housing has been damaged.
3.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to physical
abuse, improperly installed, or modified in any way.
To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned, insured and shipping
prepaid, to Jaric Design, LLC., at the address below. The product must be shipped
in its original packaging or suitable equivalent, along with a written description of
the problem.
Jaric Design, LLC’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to (1) replacement
or repair of the product, or (2) refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion
of Jaric Design, LLC.
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.
JARIC DESIGN, LLC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIBABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM
WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF
NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIBABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OR CONTRACT. IN NO
EVENT SHALL JARIC DESIGN, LLC’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF
THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS
WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
