Our products are designed for domestic use.
The warranty covers the product against defects in workmanship for up to two
years after the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
· The wear of the parts due to excessive dirt in the water.
· The electric failures caused by premature wear of the mechanical seal due to dirt
or running the pump dry.
Causes that invalidate the 2 year warranty:
· Cut or manipulating the power cord.
· Manipulating the pump without the authorization of the Jardín y Natura staff.
· The pump running dry.
· The working water is either too salty or with high mineral content.
· That the pump has worked with sewage water.
· Lack of maintenance.
· The loss of the invoice or receipt of purchase.
· The inappropriate or different use that indicated in the instructions.
· The industrial and/or professional use of the product.

DP5240, DP5162, DP5132 and DP5092 have been designed in accordance with
the directives 2006/95/EC (standards EN60335-1, EN60335-2-41 and EN50366) and
2004/108/EC (standards EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3, EN55014-1 and EN55014-2).
