FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE
USE OF THEIR PRODUCTS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION
TO SEVEN YEARS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
*LIMITED 7 YEAR WARRANTY
Blink Investments Inc. t/a Japidi Energy warrants this product against any defects that are due to
faulty material or workmanship for a Seven-Year period from the original date of customer
purchase, excluding the Element and Electrical Connectors. This warranty does not include
damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse and incorrect voltage supply. Japidi
Energy and/or it’s associated companies do not warrant and cannot be held liable for any work
done by third party contractors or installation agents and do not warrant any possible changes or
upgrades made to its products by such contractors or agents.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
Return your product and sales receipt with your name, address and daytime phone number to:
Japidi Energy Returns, 7424 Ridgeview Street, Chilliwack, BC, V4Z 1J8, CANADA . A 10% (ten
percent) handling fee will be applicable for warranty related repairs or replacements.
*Warranty excludes: Element, Switch and Electrical Connectors.
KEEP THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE
FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES.
This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:
*Accident, Misuse, Abuse, or Alteration of the product;
*servicing by unauthorized persons;
*Connecting it to incorrect Current and Voltage;
*Wrapping cord around Heater Body while turned on;
*Any other conditions beyond the control of blink Investments Inc.
