FEATURES
WARNING: The Matrix platform
can only be used in conjunction
with the Matrix Light 2 baby ca-
rrier.
The platform can be turned to
three different positions:
Position 1 and 3. Positions for
the baby to travel lying down si-
deways (Group 0) or for getting
the baby in and out or fitting
and removing the baby carrier.
Position 2. Position for the baby
to travel sitting up facing bac-
kwards (Group 0+).
When the baby is in the lying down
sideways position, the shape of the
platform means that the baby’s head is
not anywhere near the sides of the car,
this point is important as it protects the
most vulnerable part of the baby in the
event of side impact.
The Matrix Light 2 baby carrier should
be attached to and detached from the
platform in one of the two loading po-
sitions (positions 1 or 3), depending on
which seat the platform is installed on,
or rather, which side of the vehicle gi-
ves access to the platform.
There is a guard (11) to prevent the
Matrix Light 2 baby carrier from being
accidentally installed lying down fa-
cing forwards. This guard also serves
as a support for the baby carrier in the
event of an accident.
