place fuse, and

both relay
driver chips
and replace
the fuse.
Check voltage to primary of
transformer. Is primary 110
VAC?
Yes

Replace transformer.
Check circuit
breaker and system
power wires.
Check JVAs for
spliced wires, water
damage or incorrect
voltage. Plug JVAs
in one at a time, if
fuse blows again
replace that JVA.
