[Add User Account]:
Click “Add” icon to add new user accounts as screen below.

Enter the name and password for the new user.

Administrator Account/Normal User Account: Only administrator account can enter the
system setup menu to change the settings. Normal User accounts are used for remote login
only.

Dial-In Access: This option is to enable/disable the user to dial into the DVR, i.e., to
access the system through modem.
♦
Playback: Authorize user the function of playback.
♦
Remote Monitor/Playback/PTZ Control: You can define the authorization of each user to
use remote functions.
[Modify User Account]
Click “Modify” icon to modify the existing user account.
The operation is similar to that of the “Add User Account” above.
[Delete User Account]
Click “Delete” icon to delete the user account. A screen will display as follows.
