Select meat type
– Press
[MEAT ■]
button to navigate and select the
desired meat types. Each Press will change the
display in the following sequence:
•
Fish, Beef, Lamb, Veal, Pork, Turkey, Hamburger,
Chicken
Select taste level
– Press
[TASTE ►]
button to select the doneness
level:
•
Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well or
Well Done.
– The target temperature appears on the LCD
screen. Begin cooking, the cooking alerts will
sound when the meat has reached the target tem
-
perature. Hamburger, Turkey, and Fish have only
a doneness level of Well.
Manually set target temperature
– In cooking status, press
[MIN ▲]
or
[SEC ▼]
but
-
ton to increase or decrease the temperature until
your target temperature appears on the LCD
screen. Begin cooking. The cooking alerts will
sound when the meat has reached to the target
temperature. When long press 5 sec
-
onds
[MIN ▲]
or
[SEC ▼]
button, the tempera

ture numbers could be fast forward or fast
reverse. When in setting temperature manually,
short press
[MEAT ■]
or
[TASTE ►]
button, the
program will be back to the original
[BEEF]

[°C/°F] temperature display
– Locate
[°C/°F]
switch on the back of the Wireless
Thermometer. Slide switch to select Fahrenheit or
Celsius temperature scale.
Backlight
– Press any button while powered on to illuminate
the backlight.
Count-up/count-down timer
•
(Min = Minute; Sec = Second; ▲ = up; ▼ = down;
■ = Stop; ► = Start)
– Shot press
[MODE]
to select timer function. To
set a count-down time, press
[MIN ▲]
and/
or
[SEC ▼]
button(s). Press
[TASTE ►]
button
to start count-down or count up. Press
[MEAT ■]
button to pause count-down or count up. Once
paused, press
[MIN ▲]
and
[SEC ▼]
buttons at
the same time to reset to zero. Once a count-
down has finished, the unit will beep. To silence
the alert press any button. When long press 5
seconds
[MIN ▲]
or
[SEC ▼]
button, the timer
will be fast forward or fast reverse. To back to
cooking interface shot press
[MODE]
button.
Changing the battery
– Open the battery compartment and insert the bat
-
tery.
Please make sure the polarity is correct!
– Close the battery compartment.
Cleaning
– Unplug stainless steel meat probe from transmit
-
ter base. Hand wash stainless stel meat probe
only using mild soap and hot water. Rinse thor
-
oughly. Dry completely with a Soft cloth.
Storage and transport
Storing
– Store the device and any accessories in a dry,
well-ventilated place.
– In case of longer periods without operation, pro
-
tect the device and its accessories against soiling
and corrosion.
Transport
– Use the original packaging to ship whenever pos
-
sible.
