Beim Laden von NiCd- oder NiMH-Akkus teilen Sie den Ka-
pazitätswert durch den Ladestrom, das Ergebnis teilen Sie
dann durch den Faktor 11,9. Als Endergebnis erhalten Sie
die Ladezeit in Minuten.
Beispiel
• 1.000 mAh Kapazität / 1,2 A Ladestrom / Faktor 11,9
ergibt 70 Min. als Einstellwert
• 2.000 mAh Kapazität / 2,0 A Ladestrom / Faktor 11,9
ergibt 84 Min. als Einstellwert
• 3.300 mAh Kapazität / 3,3 A Ladestrom / Faktor 11,9
ergibt 92 Min. als Einstellwert

When charging NiCd or NiMH batteries, divide the battery‘s
rated capacity (mAh) by the charge current (A). And divide
the result by 11.9. Set this number ov minutes in the safety
timer setting. If the charger stops charging at this time limit
by any reason, approx. 140 % if the battery‘s capacity woll
have been delivered to the battery.
For example:
• 1.000 mAh Capacity / 1,2 A Current /
Safety timer setting, divided by 11,9 = 70 minutes
• 2.000 mAh Capacity / 2,0 A Current /
Safety timer setting, divided by 11,9 = 84 minutes
• 3.300 mAh Capacity / 3,3 A Current /
Safety timer setting, divided by 11,9 = 92 minutes

In diesem Menü lässt sich eine Wartezeit
zwischen einer Ent- und einer Aufl adung
beim Ablauf eines Zyklus einstellen. Je
größer die Zeit, je besser kann der Akku
abkühlen, aber umso länger dauert der
komplette Zyklus. Der Einstellbereich
liegt zwischen 1 und 60 Minuten.
In diesem Bereich kann die max. Zeit-
spanne für einen Vorgang eingestellt
werden. Sobald das Zeitlimit erreicht
wird, stoppt der Vorgang automatisch.
In dieser Einstellung kann die max. Ka-
pazität für einen Vorgang programmiert
werden. Diese Möglichkeit erhöht die
Sicherheit eines Lade- bzw. Entlade-
vorganges, damit es nicht dazu kommt,
dass die Zellen beschädigt werden.
Sobald die Schwelle erreicht, wird der
Ladevorgang abgebrochen.
In diesem Untermenü kann eingestellt
werden, dass bei jeder Betätigung einer
der Tasten ein akustisches Signal ertönt
und das Ende eines Vorganges akus-
tisch angezeigt werden soll.
Die Stromquelle (Autobatterie, Netzteile
ect.) wird von der Software überwacht,
um eine Tiefentladung zu vermeiden.
Der Abschaltpunkt kann im Bereich zwi-
schen 10,0 V und 11,0 V vorgegeben
werden.

expired by any reason, this feature will
automatically stop the process at the se-
lected capacity value.
The beep sounds at every time pres-
sing the buttons to confi rm your action.
The beep or melody sounded at various
times during operation to alert different
mode changes. These audible sounds
can bo on or off.
This program monitors the voltage of
input DC battery. If the voltage drops
below the value you set the operation
forcibly teriminated to protect the input
battery.
