1)
Missing power accessories, or instructions, please contact us on Amazon or by email
for a new replacement.
2)
Please understand the temperature sensor is pre-set inside the clock. As electronic
components may produce heat when working. So it’s normal that the temperature is not
as accurate as other professional thermometer. It’s normal there are 1-2 degrees
difference.
3)
The temperature cannot reset manually because it’s detected by sensor automatically. If
the difference is higher than 5 degrees, please contact us for a new replacement.
4)
If you find that your alarm clock cannot be restored to the current time after a power
outage, it may be because the CR2032 battery on the back of the clock is depleted. Please
try replacing the battery.
Notice: The CR2032 is only used to store the alarm clock's settings and cannot be used to
power the clock separately.

If you think the alarm clock is too slippery, please use the rubber bumpers that comes
with the clock and stick it on the bottom of the alarm clock. It doesn't affect aesthetics.
