Use
Starting the watch
Crown A in position 1.
The watch is started by turning the crown counter-clockwise
to wind the regulator barrel and then clockwise to wind
the functions barrel. The watch is fully wound when the two
power-reserve hands reach the “+” symbol. There is no stop
to tell you that the movement has been fully wound, as excess
winding is absorbed by a slipping spring. This prevents dama-
ging the going train.
Setting the hour and the date
- Setting the reference time-zone – 24-hour dial
The Duomètre à Sphértourbillon watch has a “reference
time-zone” display thanks to a 24-hour subdial at 12 o’clock.
This “reference time-zone” 24-hour subdial may be used to
indicate your “reference time” (the time in your home city)
when you are travelling, or to indicate the time in another
time-zone that interests you.
Pull the crown out to position 3. Set the hour and minutes of
the “reference time-zone”. The hours are read off on the 24-
