ADJUSTMENTS
DRIVE BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT
Drive belt tension can be adjusted to one of three
settings to account for various mowing conditions.
1.
Adjust by moving the spring anchor bolt to
position 1, 2 or 3.
• Position 1 will provide the least amount of
hand effort and wheel traction.
• Position 3 will provide the highest amount of
hand effort and wheel traction.
TIRE PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
Tire pressures should be maintained at 14 psi (96 kPa).
NOTE: Adjusting tire pressure between 10 psi (69 kPa) and 28 psi (193 kPa) can improve tracking.
Increase pressure on the side the machine tracks toward and decrease it on the other side.
