Hydraulic oil level

For pinched or rubbing hoses

For twisted or crimped hoses

For oil leaks

Hydro tow valve is in ‘Drive’ position

Backlap valves are fully closed

Determine GreenSentry™ is operational

Cutting Units ——————————————

Check:

Bedknife screws for tightness

Reel for end play; there should be no free end play

Roller bearing adjustment

Reel drive belts adjustment

All hardware properly tightened

Adjust reel weight springs to give equal weight to all cutting

units. Caution: Check maximum safe exposed thread
length in the Parts & Maintenance Manual before making
this adjustment.

Reel to bedknife clearance, .001” to .003” (.025 - .08 mm).

Adjust cutting height to customers’ specs. (.025 - .08 mm)

Miscellaneous —————————————

Check for loose or missing hardware

All lubrication points

Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary

Check decals. In place and legible

Make sure Manuals are in the pouch
