INSTALLATION / OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS LT-1 & LT-3 DISPENSERS (CONTINUED)
LIQUID DETERGENT DISPENSING POINT (LT-3 Only):
Liquid detergent will be dispensed into machine from factory supplied
hole at back of the tub above the basket strainer. Remove factory installed plug and install injector fitting for the detergent.
TIMER ADJUSTMENT FOR DETERGENT CONCENTRATION (LT-3 Only):
The amount of detergent may need to be
increased or decreased depending on water quality and type of detergent. It is factory set to dispense 15 ml of detergent into
the wash water during the rinse cycle. Consult your detergent representative for adjustment.
RINSE ADDITIVE INJECTION-FINAL RINSE LINE (LT-3 ONLY):
Rinse Aid will be injected into the final rinse line at the rear
of the machine. Remove one of the 1/4” plugs from the line and install the rinse aid injector fitting.
SANITIZER INJECTION-FINAL RINSE LINE:
Sanitizer will be injected into the final rinse line at the rear of the machine.
Remove one of the 1/4” plugs from the line and install the sanitizer injector fitting.
TIMER ADJUSTMENT FOR SANITIZER CONCENTRATION:
The amount of sanitizer may need to be increased or decreased
depending on concentration and type of sanitizer used. The dispenser needs to be able to provide 2.271 ml of a 10% Chlorine
sanitizer for every machine cycle.
VOLTAGE CHECK:
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position and apply power to the dishmachine. Check the incom-
ing power at the terminal block and ensure it corresponds to the voltage listed on the data plate of the dishmachine. If not, con-
tact a qualified service agency to examine the problem. Do not run the dishmachine if the voltage is too high or too low. Shut
off the service breaker and mark it as being for the dishmachine. Advise all proper personnel of any problems and of the loca-
tion of the service breaker. Replace the front kick panel and tighten down the screws.
