Please use the proper tools to simplify installation and prevent injury or damage to your grill.

Assembling & Preparing Your Grill:
Flame Diffusers, Cooking Grids Installation:
1. Remove the flame diffusers from the packaging. Please ensure
that all protective plastic has been removed.
2. Install the diffusers directly above each burners, by slotting
them into the ledges, on the front and rear of the firebox. (Fig. 1)
3. Please ensure that the diffusers sit down correctly in the slots
provided, to optimize diffuser option
4. Once the flame diffusers have been installed, the cooking grids
can be installed in the grill. Place both cooking grids on the
upper ledge of the firebox.
5. Remove warming rack from packaging and install above cooking grids on the 2 brackets on the inner hood.
Rear Burner Spark Igniter:
1. Unscrew the plastic/rubber cap from the rear burner ignition module, and
insert the supplied AAA battery with the positive facing out
end facing out. (Fig. 2)
2. Re-install cap.
