2.4 Deleting a file from the Smart
Documents, templates, figures, sounds, and music can all be deleted from the memory of the Smart.
1 Select Tools > Smart3 > Clean up disk .
2 Tap File management .
3 From the Type drop-down list, select one of the following options:
• Documents
• Templates
• Images
• Sounds
• Music
4 From the drop-down list, select Folder , if necessary a folder or sub folder.
5 Select the files you want to delete.
If necessary, tap on to sort the files alphabetically, or alternatively tap on to sort the files by file size (from large to small).
6 Tap on Delete files .
7 Tap on Yes in the Delete file dialog.
8 Tap on Close
9 Tap OK .
