Clearances

Tastic

®

All appliances must be mounted so that the lowest 

point is at least 2.1 m above the floor. A minimum 

clearance of 75 mm for Model 11341 and 90 mm 

for Models 12343 & 12341 is required above the top 

of the Tastic when installed in a well ventilated roof 

cavity. Where ventilation is restricted, this clearance 

should be increased by a minimum of 25 mm. 
Additionally, a minimum of 15 mm clearance is 

required between the two vertical sides of the Tastic 

and any adjoining parts of the roof structure, such as 

walls, joists or insulation batts.
