Troubleshooting

not working well

1. The plug is not securely 
inserted into the socket,  not 
well connected or no power on 
convenience outlet.
2. The “ON/OFF” button is not 
pressed but unit is plugged into 
the socket.

1. Insert the plug into the socket 
firmly and make sure it is well 
connected or check the breaker if 
there is no power on the 
convenience outlet. 
2. Press “ON/OFF” button after 
plugging the unit into the socket.

Cool function not 
working

1. Not enough water in water 
tank.
2. Water pump is blocked.
3. Cool button is not 
functioning. 

1. Add water to ensure there 
is enough water  to be 
pumped.
2. Clean the water tank.
3.Press the cool button.

Notice:
1. If any problem  persists, please contact our service center or a qualified 
technician for further inspection.
2. Do NOT open and repair the unit by yourself.
