hints and tips

If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something very minor. The following table 

contains various tips.

turn on or does
not respond to the
remote control.

•  Make sure mains plug is connected to the mains socket and the unit 

properly and that it has power.

•  Check that the remote control has a battery. The battery may need to 

be replaced.

iPad/iPhone/iPad
The unit doesn’t play 

iPod/iPhone/iPad files 

or doesn’t function as 

expected.

•  Make sure the function is set to iPod/iPhone/iPad mode.
•  Vibrations may have caused the iPod/iPhone/iPad to come loose from 

the docking station. Make sure the iPod/iPhone/iPad is connected 

properly.

•  Make sure the iPod/iPhone/iPad is switched on.
•  If the unit is in pause mode, press the 

/PAIR button on the unit or 

 on the remote control to resume playback. 

Bluetooth®
I cannot find “IBTLI17” 

on my 

Bluetooth®

 

device

•  Ensure the 

Bluetooth®

 function is activated on your 

Bluetooth®

 device.

•  Ensure the unit is in pairing mode.
•  Re-pair the unit to the device.

When in audio on 

mode, the unit will 

sometimes switch 

back to standby mode 

automatically.

•  When the input signal is close to mute or is idle for approximately 15 

minutes, it will automatically switch to standby mode.

•  Increase the volume level of your external device.
