Warranty Information

One (1) Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty Period”). iWallet Corp: (from hereon referred as “The 

Company”) warrants to the first consumer purchaser that the Company Product, when shipped or 

purchased in its original container, will be free from defective workmanship and materials, and the 

Company agrees that for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the first consumer 

purchaser, that the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defect or replace the defec-

tive Company Product or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent at no charge to the 

purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any alteration of the appearance of the Company Product 

that does not affect the performance or functionality of the Company Product; nor to any Company 

Product of which the exterior has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, 

abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction. The 

Company is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the 

Company Product’s use. This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by use with non-

Company products; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other 

external causes; (c) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses 

described by the Company.
