STEP 1

Insert Upper Assembly tubes into Knee 

Platform (12)

Handle must face forward.
BOTH tubes must be touching the 

bottom of the sockets.

If Left side hole does not align:

1. Confirm tube is fully extended 
2. Rotate tube until hole in tube aligns 

with hold in Knee Platform
