STEP 1
A. Stand in the Start position,
Feet are side by side, shoulder
width apart. Your weight must
be equal on both legs.
B. Grasp handle and lean
crutch forward. Allow your
upper body to move forward
also.
C. As soon as it feels natural,
step forward with your GOOD
foot, then STOP.
D. Return to the Start position
by stepping back with your
good foot. Repeat this exercise
at least four times, or until
you are very confident and
comfortable.
