PANEL VERSIONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
Version with weekly self-test function
The main panel contains an auxiliary circuit with weekly clock, which enables the periodic
starting and testing of the service pumps through the pressure switch located on the pump
body (re-circulation circuit). In case of malfunction a signal is activated via an extra dry
contact to which can be connected a suitably powered visual/audible alarm. The clock is set
at the factory to activate the self-test procedure every Monday morning at 10:00.
Offset the starting time of the self-test procedure by at least 5 minutes for each electric
pump.
The purpose of the self-test function is to provide for periodic start-ups
designed to prevent any problems resulting from protracted periods of
pump inactivity. It is not intended as a substitute for the periodic checks
required by the legislation in force.
Version with automatic shutdown for fire-hydrant networks
The main control panel contains a timer that enables the automatic shutdown of the pump
after the system pressure has remained constantly above the starting pressure of the pump
for the length of time specified by local regulations (the default setting is 20 minutes).
