When the device is initialized and whenever it is stopped with the STOP button or by time, the
working channel is indicated by pulses on the LINK and PWR LEDs (tens and units respectively).
At the end of the band scan, it displays the channels that have been found to be free.
While the code or channel is being displayed, the unit can be started, which will stop the display and
switch to the normal running display status.
