Loading and saving RDS coder configuration

The remote control software allows to save and reload a complete RDS coder configuration through
the File>RDS menu:

Load Configuration

Save Configuration

The *.rds file will contain the whole RDS encoder configuration, it can be stored as a backup or used
to transfer the configuration to other devices.
