DEBALLAGE
ET INSTALLATION
Machine à conditionner
-Extraire la machine de
l’emballage en la saisissant avec
les mains sur les côtés antérieur
et postérieur (il est conseillé
d’effectuer l’opération à plusieurs
personnes),
ne jamais saisir
les poignées de la cloche ou
le groupe porte-bobines
-Soulever la machine et monter
les pieds (8) avec les vis (9) en
dotation; les pieds, dotés de
roulettes pourvues de frein (7)
et réglables en hauteur doivent
être positionnés antérieurement.
-Enfiler le plan de chargement (4)
comme indiqué en figure et
introduire à l’extrémité d'un pivot
de guide (10) la goupille de
sécurité (11).
-Enlever le tampon de
caoutchouc (12) à l’extrémité du
guide (13) et introduire le porte-
bobine (5) et la guide externe (15)
dans le logement (16).
-Remonter le tampon de
caoutchouc d’extrémité (12).
-Positionner l’arbre avec les
cônes (17).
-Monter les supports (18) des
balanciers et les balanciers (19)
(option).
-Libérer la cloche transparente
en enlevant le ruban adhésif ou
le cerclage; enlever le sachet
avec les pièces de rechange et
le manuel et vérifier que les plans
à grille soient correctement
positionnés.
-Régler la force d'ouverture de la
cloche en tournat la vis (20) .
-La cloche transparente doit
rester ouverte!

UNPACKING

WRAPPING MACHINE
- Remove the machine from the
packaging, holding onto the front
or back sides (it is advisable to
use more than one person for
this operation);
do not hold it
by the handles of the hood or
the reel carrier unit.
-Raise the machine and
assemble the legs (8) using the
screws (9) supplied; the legs with
wheels fitted with a brake (7) can
be adjusted in height and must
be positioned at the front.
-Fit the loading surface (4) as
shown in the diagram and insert
the safety pin (11) in the end of
the guide pivot (10).
-Remove the rubber (12) in the
end of the inner guide (13) and
insert the reel carrier (5) and the
inner guide (15) is properly
inserted in the compartment (16).
-Reassemble the end rubber
(12).
-Position the shaft with cones
(17).
-Put on the counterweight
supports (18) and the
counterweights (19)
(option)
.
- Release the transparent hood
by removing the sticky tape or
the support; remove the bag
containing the spare parts and
the manual and check that the
mesh belt is correctly
positioned.
-Adjust the opening force of the
hood turning clockwise the screw
(20)
.
-The transparent hood must be
left open!

INSTALLATION
Verpackungsmaschine
-Nehmen Sie die Maschine aus
der Verpackung, indem Sie sie
mit beiden Händen auf der
Vorder- und Rückseite festhalten
(es wird empfohlen, diese
Operation mit mehreren Personen
durchzuführen);
heben Sie sie
nicht am Griff der
Kunststoffhaube oder an der
R o l l e n h a l t e r u n g s g r u p p e
hoch.
- Die Maschine hochheben und
die Füße (8) mit den
mitgelieferten Schrauben (9)
anmontieren; die mit Rolle und
Bremse (7) ausgestatteten,
höhenverstellbaren Füße
müssen vorne positioniert
werden.
- Die Ladefläche (4) laut
Abbildung einsetzen und am
Ende der Führungsbolzen (10)
die Sicherheitsstifte (11)
einfügen.
- Den Gummi (12) vom Ende der
Führung (13) abnehmen und den
Spulenhalter (5) und die äußere
Führung (15) in die Öffnung (16)
einfügen.
- Den Endgummi wieder
anmontieren (12).
- Die Welle mit Kegeln (17)
positionieren.
Die stuetzen von den
Gegengewichten (18) und den
Gegengewichten montieren (19)
(option)
.
-Entfernen Sie das Klebeband
oder die Verzurrung von der
durchsichtigen Kunststoffhaube;
entfernen Sie ebenfalls das
Säckchen mit den Ersatzteilen
und dem Handbuch und
überprüfen Sie, dass sich die
Gitter-Rollteppich in korrekter
Position befindet.
-Die Kraft der Feder mit schraube
(20) regeln
.
-Die durchsichtige Kunststof-
fhaube muss offen bleiben!

Empaquetadora
-Extraer la máquina del
embalaje asiéndola con las
manos en los lados anterior y
posterior (se aconseja que la
operación la efectúen más de
una persona);
no asir las
manillas de la campana o el
grupo portabobina.
- Levantar la máquina y montar
las patas (8) con los tornillos
(9) suministrados; las patas con
rueda dotada de freno (7) y
regulables en lo lato han de
colocarse anteriormente.
- Introducir la plataforma de
carga (4) como indicado en la
figura e introducir en la
extremidad de los perno de guía
(10) los imperdibles (11).
- Quitar el disco de goma (12)
en la extremidad de la guía (13)
e introducir el portabobina (5) e
la guía externa (15) en el vano
(16).
- Volver a montar el disco de
goma de la extremidad (12).
- Posicionar el eje con conos
(17).
-Montar los soportes (18) de los
contrapesos y los contrapesos
(19)
(opcion)
.
- Librar la campana transparente
removiendo el adhesivo o la
cinta; quitar la bolsa con las
partes de recambio y el manual
y averiguar que la cinta de malla
esté correctamente posicionado.
-Regular la fuerza para abrir la
campana atornillando la vid (20)
.
- La campana transparente tiene
que quedar abierta.
