ISO Preferred Orthotic Heel Cups (OR10x) provide relief by using a soft silicone gel interior to help with the Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles
tendonitis, and Calcaneal (heel) spurs. Due to the excellent shock absorption features, the heel cups provide relief for arthritis in the
leg and joint and help reduce shock and vibration to the joints; provides relief for long hours of standing.

uses a molded medical grade silicone with soft areas
in the center to help provide pain relief and comfort in the heel area. The insert is sold in
pairs and can be inserted in dress, casual or athletic footwear. Use only as directed to
achieve maximum benefit for your concerns.

. Heel Cups are available in unisex sizes and are designed to fit male and female Small to X-
Large Shoe sizes (see chart). Soft silicone heel cups may be inserted into dress, casual or
athletic shoes. Note: Shoes with laces or ties and a full back and side support are
recommended for best results.
2. Remove from packaging and loosen shoe laces.
3. Insert heel cups into heel of shoe.
4.
Insert foot into shoe. Adjust position or tighten laces for comfort and fit.
5. Note: Do not use with open-back shoes, sandals, flip-flops or slippers.
