Power Connections
The thermostat can be either battery
powered, or hard-wired to power by
connecting supply voltage wire (red) and
common wire to the RH and C terminals,
respectively, on the base.
Installation Tip
Electrical Hazard
Failure to disconnect the power
before beginning to install this
product can cause electrical shock or
equipment damage.
Wire Specifications
Use shielded or non-shielded
18-22 gauge thermostat wire.
Warning:
All components of the control
system and the thermostat
installation must conform to Class
ll circuits per the NEC Code.
Note:
When connecting the 6041210 thermostat to a PTAC, refer to the PTAC
unit’s instructions to enable remote thermostat operation.
