To start a manual defrosting cycle (press the button for at least 2 seconds).

UP

To see the maximum temperature.

While programming, it scrolls through the parameter codes or increases their value.

When held pressed for at least 3 seconds the continuous cycle starts.

DOWN

To see the minimum temperature.

While programming, it scrolls through the parameter codes or decreases their value.

ON/OFF

It turns the instrument on or off.
