Configuration
Link Settings:
LK2 IN Reclocker set for HD or SD operation (Default position IN).
OUT Reclocker automatically bypassed on lock loss.
LK3 IN
Selects Manual PLL rate.
OUT Selects Auto PLL rate (Default position OUT, LK3 not installed).
LK4, LK5, LK6 Set manual PLL rate.
Must be left open when Auto PLL selection (LK3 OUT) used.
