Do not leave the work area until the machine has been switched off and the cutting disc has 
come to a complete standstill. 

 

Never attempt to stop the cutting blade by exerting pressure on the side of the blade. 

 

Always unplug the machine before performing any maintenance. 

 

Do not use the machine before it has been completely assembled and installed according to the 
instructions. 

 

Do not perform any design, assembly or construction activities on the table while the machine is 
switched on. 

 

Unplug the machine and clean the table before leaving the work area. 

 

ASSEMBLY   

Refer to Fig. A 
1. Insert the adjusting bracket (1), but do not 
tighten screws (2). 
 
2. Fit the diamond cutting wheel: 
• Insert the inner flange (3) in the drive shaft. 
• Mount the cutting wheel (4) on the inner 
flange(3) (note the direction of rotation). 
• Insert the outer flange (5) and then tighten with 
the nut (6). 
 
3. Align the adjusting bracket (1) in one direction 
with the cutting wheel and tighten screws(2). 
 
4. Put on the guard hood (7) and fix with the 
locking knob (8) and the nut (9). 
 
5. Fasten the locking knob (8). 
 
6. Insert the straight fence (10) as parallel with 
guard hood on the table desired position. 
 
7. Screw in the clamping screw (11) and fasten 
the table in the inclined position required. 

 

 

 

OPERATION

 

Changing the Diamond Cutting Wheel 

Refer to Fig. A. 
a. Unplug the machine 
b. Take out the water trough 
c. Undo the screws (12) and remove the side cover (13) 
d. Undo the nut (6) 
e. Take out the worn diamond wheel. Place a new one on the inner flange (3). Mount the outer 
flange (5) and tighten with the nut (6)
