Training is conducted at iRobot’s corporate training center in Bedford,
Massachusetts, USA, or off-site at a location chosen by the customer .
Training courses include comprehensive course materials (CBT, etc .) and cover
product overviews, robot operation, hands-on exercises and training guides .
Topics include operator skills, level 3 (intermediate) maintenance, user
maintenance and refresher courses . Train-the-Trainer certification,
multi-media support products and tailored classes are also available .
