Troubleshooting
To communicate, the two computers need to recognize each other. If you encounter
problems during installation, try the following:

Make sure the cable is connected firmly for both computers.
●
Unplug and reconnect the cable to your device.
●
Shut the device off and turn it on again.
●
On the
File
menu in ActiveSync, click
Get Connected
.
