TO START THE MACHINE

Momentarily push the green button to start the machine.

The machine will commence producing Air Pillows and continue to do so until either

the red button is depressed; the fixed time has elapsed; or the roll has run out.
Momentarily push the red button to stop the machine.

To load the film, push the yellow button. The film will continue to load until the
button is released.

When the machine is running, it will run for a pre defined fixed period and then stop
automatically. The machine can be stopped sooner by depressing the red button

(three)
When the machine is first started all the indicator lights will glow. The lights will
extinguish from bottom to top as the fixed running period elapses. Each light
represents 10% of the set predefined fixed period.

The group of four push buttons may or may not be configured for use.
It depends on the machine configuration.

If the push buttons are configured for use they have two functions;

1) To change the heat setting of the lateral seal.
2) To change the volume of air in the Air Pillows.

HEAT SETTING

When you depress push button number four, the indicator lights will glow to indicate
the current heat setting.

To increase the heat settings:

Depress and hold push button number four, and momentarily depress push button

five.
The indicator lights will glow to reflect the new heat setting.

To reduce the heat settings:

Depress and hold push button four, and momentarily depress push button seven.

The indicator lights will glow to reflect the new heat setting.
