Carefully unpack and inspect your vacuum cleaner for shipping damage. Each vacuum cleaner 

is  tested  and  thoroughly  inspected  before  being  shipped;  therefore,  any  damage  is  the 

responsibility of the delivering carrier, who should be notified.
