-Allentare i quattro volantini (A) e sbloccare
il fusto dalla posizione di trasporto (fig.1)
-Alzare il fusto fino alla posizione di lavoro

-Agganciare il fusto e serrare i volantini (A)

Funzionamento
Per scaricare il materiale aspirato è
necessario spegnere l’aspiratore.
Controllare il livello del materiale scaricato
nel sacco di raccolta prima di ogni
accensione, in quanto, se il sacco è troppo
pieno, il materiale potrebbe impedire la
corretta chiusura della valvola.
Al raggiungimento del livello limite del
materiale aspirato all’interno del fusto,
l’apparecchio diminuisce drasticamente
l’aspirazione fino a non aspirare più, allora è
necessario lo spegnimento per permettere
lo scarico nel sacco di raccolta del materiale
aspirato.
Posizione di trasporto
-Allentare i quattro volantini (A) e sbloccare
il fusto dalla posizione di lavoro (fig.4)
-Abbassare il fusto fino alla posizione di
trasporto (fig.5)
-Agganciare il fusto e serrare i volantini (A)

Sostituzione LONGOPAC®
-Inserire il Longopac® (B) nel supporto(C)
(fig.7)
-Sfilare verso l’alto il capo superiore del
Longopac® (B) e bloccarlo con l’elastico (E)
(fig.8)
-Infilare il supporto (C) sul fusto (fig.9)
-Agganciare il perno di blocco(D) (fig.10)
-Sfilare il capo inferiore del Longopac® (B)
tirandolo verso il basso (fig.11)
-Chiuderlo con una fascetta (F) (fig.12)

Working position
-Loose the four handwheel (A) and release
the tank from carriage position (fig.1)
-Lift the tank until it reaches the working
position (fig 2)
-Lock the tank and seal the handwheels
(A) (fig.3)
Operation
You must turn off the machine before
unloading dust from the bag
Check the level of the material inside the
collecting bag before turning on the
machine. Just because if the bag is full, the
material could obstruct the valve.
When you reach the maximum quantity of
material inside the tank, the machine
drastically reduce the suction, and
eventually stops. Then you must turn the
vacuum off, and empty the tank.
Carriage position
-Loose the four handwheel (A) and release
the tank from working position (fig.4)
-Lower the tank until it reaches the carriage
position (fig.5)
-Lock the tank and seal the handwheels
(A) (fig.6)
Replacement of LONGOPAC®
-Place the Longopac® (B) inside the stand
(C) (fig.7)
-Pull up Longopac’s ® upper hand (B) and
seal it with the rubber band (E) (fig.8)
-Put the stand (C) over the tank (fig.9)
-Block the locking device (D) (fig.10)
-Pull down Longopac’s ® lower hand (B),
pulling it down (fig.11)
-Seal it with a cable tie (fig.12)
