If bad weather condition (wetness, snow, black ice) cannot be
avoided, you must drive particularly carefully and slowly. IO HAWK
is not designed for driving through heavy snow. This is because the
slippery road surface can significantly increase braking distances.
After scooter care the brake system may respond with a delay due to
moisture. Therefore, after washing the scooter, carfully “dry brake”
the brakes in a roadworthy place or when driving in the rain, apply
the brakes more often and carefully so that there is always a perfect
braking effect.
If your scooter does not reach the full final speed or the range is
reached even though the battery has been fully charged, it could be
due to unusual use of your scooter, low tire pressure, or a defect in
the battery.
