We are currently experiencing difficulties on our servers.
All our teams are actively working to solve this problem.
The repercussions on the use of our services include:
- Server error 500 during installation (between July 8, 6
pm and July 9, 2 pm.)
- The tracker location is not updated in the Invoxia GPS
application.
- The location takes time to update in the Invoxia GPS
application.
- Battery level does not update in the application
- Lack of movement alert and zone alert
