EC DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION
The Invicta range of rotary out of balance electric vibrators must not be put into service until the machinery into
which it is to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of, THE SUPPLY OF
MACHINERY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2008 (SI 2008/1597).
The Invicta range of rotary electric vibrators are manufactured in accordance with THE SUPPLY OF
MACHINERY (SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2008 (SI 2008/1597) (transposed from Machine Directive
2006/42/EC) and identified as ‘partly completed machinery’.
The protection requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU have been observed in accordance with
Annex I 1.5.1 of Machine Directive 2006/42/EC.
As per Annex II part B of 2006/42/EC, the following essential health and safety requirements have been
observed: 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.3.7, 1.3.8, 1.3.9, 1.4.1, 1.5.1, 1.5.2, 1.5.4, 1.5.5,
1.5.6, 1.5.7, 1.5.8, 1.6.1, 1.6.2, 1.6.4, 1.7.1, 1.7.2, 1.7.3, 1.7.4.
