LCD display
For the reader with an LCD, there is a configuration of the default LCD text and its
response on card application. Display text settings for standby, are available on the
I/O
Settings
page
LCD
tab.
Description:
•
LCD Backlight –
screen backlight time,
•
LCD Default Text –
display text for standby, the user can use the available list of
variables – chapter 7.5,
•
Show Clock –
clock in the first line of the display.
The user can configure the response of the display according to the type of
Card action
(chapter 7.8).

Predefined variables
A set of predefined variables is available to the user:
•
%usr_name1% - name field from card database (empty if no record),
•
%usr_name2% - surname field from card database (empty if no record),
•
%usr_id% - ID number from card database, value -1 if no record,
•
%uid% - UID number,
•
%time% - current time from the device,
•
%date% - current date from the device,
•
%ts% - current timestamp from the device,
•
%mod_name% - device name,
•
%mod_model% - device model,
•
%eip% - ethernet IP address,
•
%emac% - ethernet MAC address,
•
%in1% - input status #1,
•
%in2% - input status #2,
•
%cnt1% - counter value of input 1,
•
%cnt2% - counter value of input 2,
•
%out1% - output status #1,
•
%out2% - output status #2.
