If necessary, install the seat upholstery.

Adjusting Wheelbase Width
Perform this procedure on one side of the wheelchair at a
time for ease of adjustment.
Fixed Axle Tube
The wheelbase width can be increased/decreased by 1–inch
(2.54cm).
1.
Remove the rear wheels
2.
Torque the axle nut

to increase/decrease the wheelbase width.
3.
Count the number of threads

showing on the axle bolt

The number of threads showing on the axle bolt should
be equal on both sides of the wheelchair. Otherwise,
wheelchair performance may be affected.
4.
Repeat steps 2–3 for the opposite axle nut
