Installing the Kwik Fit Back
1. Install
the
Kwik
Fit
back
onto
the
adjustable
mounting
brackets
as
shown
in
Detail
“A”
of
FIGURE 3.
2. Lock
the
Kwik
Fit
back
into
place
by
closing
the
Quick
‐
Lock
brackets
on
each
side
of
the
wheelchair.
3. Check
for
the
following
conditions:
• The
lock
levers
on
the
Quick
‐
Lock
brackets
open
and
close
without
obstruction.
• The
Kwik
Fit
back
hangs
level.
• The
Kwik
Fit
back
does
not
rattle.
4. Adjust
the
Kwik
Fit
assemblies
as
necessary
until
all
conditions
in
STEP
3
are
met.
