LIMITED WARRANTY:                   ELECTRIC

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Intimidator 4x4 will, at its option, repair or replace, without 
charge, any part covered by the warranty which is found to be 
defective in material and/or workmanship within one year after 
date of sale to the original retail purchaser of a new Intimidator 
4x4 electric model. This limited warranty is non transferrable to 
a 2nd party and will be subject to certain limitations. 

REPLACEMENT PARTS

Intimidator 4x4 dealers will repair or replace, at Intimidator 
4x4’s option, any defective part during the warranty period. 
The parts, to be warranted, must be defective in material and/
or workmanship. All replacement parts must be obtained from 
Intimidator 4x4 in order to comply with the manufacturer’s 
warranty.

BATTERY WARRANTY

The batteries used to power the Intimidator 4x4 will carry a 
1 year free replacement warranty. These warranty claims will 
be handled by the battery manufacturer, Interstate Battery. 
Intimidator 4x4 does not assume any warranty obligation, 
liability, or modification for this item.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND 

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a 
defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not 
cover defects caused by normal wear, accidents, improper 
maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure 
to follow the instructions contained in any owner’s manual 
for operation and maintenance. This warranty also does not 
cover any vehicle that has been altered structurally, modified, 
neglected, improperly maintained, or used for purposes other 
than what the vehicle was designed for. Also, this warranty 
does not cover physical damage to paint or finish, tearing 
or puncturing of upholstery material, fading of seats due to 
exposure, stains on interior, corrosion, or defects in parts 
components or the vehicle due to fire, explosions or any other 
cause beyond Intimidator 4x4’s control. Warranty does not 
apply to “wearable” items or items considered being part of 
normal maintenance. “Wearable” items and normal maintenance
