* An operating range can be different from the stated above subject
to light conditions. Accuracy declines as distance enlarges.
OPERATION- SWITCH ON/OFF/ LOCK
1. Insert batteries according to the “+ ,-”sign to battery socket.
2. Set up the instrument on the floor, with a wall mount or the
tripod. When using tripod, support the centering nut of the
instrument with one hand and tighten the centering screw.
3.
ON/OFF button is located on the left side of instrument body.
Switch right to ON to start operation.
Automatic Compensation (Self-leveling on horizontal surface)
1. Switch to ON to work with the compensator automatically.
The compensator automatically aligns a position within the
range of self-leveling range ±3 °.
2. Laser beam starts to blink when the instrument is out of the
range of self-alignment range. In this case, place the instrument
on flat surface, adjust tripod or base legs until blinking stops.
3. LOCK function for incline.
