PROBLEM 2: INSUFFICIENT or NO WATER FLOW WITH CLICKING SOUND

1. Check Sensor Shipping Covers

1. 

Ball valves and angle stops are in the open position.

2. 

Y-strainer screens (P3070) and strainer screens at the inlet of the solenoid valves assembly 

         are clean and debris free.

3. 

Supply lines are clean and pressure requirements are within the parameters.

4.

Thermostatic mixing valve has the correct supply connected to the hot and cold inlets.

5.

The check valves on the elbows (P2824) of the thermostatic mixing valve are clean.

PROBLEM 3: INSUFFICIENT or NO WATER FLOW WITHOUT CLICKING SOUND

Check if the shipping covers on the sensors are still installed. If so remove the gold opaque lens cover from the bottom of the
sensor lens.

If this doesn't help:

2. Checking the Battery

Follow steps 1,2 & 3 from the

battery pack replacement

(problem 1 - page 1)

If this doesn't help go to 3. Check Sensor
