1. Assemble bracket as shown at right with (2) machine screws and (2) hex nuts.
2. Attach strap as shown through the pair of slots your container requires.
3. Attach the bracket to the cart at any of several locations, using flat head machine screws and the spacer.
1. Attach shelf supports and spacers as
shown with machine screws.
2. Attach support panel to the shelf supports
using the (4) holes shown below. (A).
3. Attach top shelf to support panel using the
(4) holes shown below (B).
4. Install the mat.
5. Attach hanger rails.
6. Install lower shelf.
