Product Serial Number
Record the serial number printed on the Intense 3D Voodoo card before installing the card in your
computer. You will need this number to get technical support and warranty service. The serial number
is on a sticker that includes a bar code. The sticker is located on the component side of the Intense 3D
Voodoo card, in the upper right corner of the card. You can record the serial number in Chapter 2,
“Getting Started.”

Make a copy of the Warranty Card below, fill it out, and include it when returning the Intense 3D
Voodoo card for warranty service.
