Warranty Service
To get warranty service, contact the original place of purchase to
determine if your Intense 3D Voodoo card is covered within their
warranty period. If the place of purchase warranty period has expired,
your extended warranty period is covered by Intergraph Computer
Systems. Refer to the warranty statement at the beginning of this
document for details.
To get warranty or repair service from Intergraph Computer Systems,
you must return the Intense 3D Voodoo card in its original packaging,
along with proof of purchase showing the purchase date, and a copy of
the warranty card (found at the beginning of this document). You
must bear shipping, packaging, and insurance costs for delivering the
Intense 3D Voodoo card to Intergraph Computer Systems. Intergraph
Computer Systems will provide return shipment to you.
